Tuition Program

The SEAL Legacy Foundation Private School Tuition Program offers $1,000 grants to help ensure families can make the best educational choices for Gold Star children.

Eligibility and conditions are as follows:

Open to surviving children aged 18 and under of a Navy SEAL who was killed in combat, training related exercise, or other service-connected incident as ruled by the DOD, DON or VA since 9/11. Child must be enrolled in an accredited K-12 school. Grant is offered annually for kindergarten through 12th grade, with a new application being required each academic year. An annual amount of $1,000 is awarded per eligible child. A separate form must be completed for each child. Guardians of the service member's children are eligible to apply for grant. Parent/Guardian must submit an invoice from the school to the SEAL Legacy Foundation and payment will be made directly to the school.
