Individual Grants

The SEAL Legacy Foundation is committed to providing individual financial assistance and support to United States Navy SEALs and their families through Education, Funeral, Health and Wellness, Living and Quality of Life grants. These grants are designed to ease the financial burden that can occur immediately or even years after an accident, injury or fatality in the line of duty.

Grant Amounts

SEAL Legacy Foundation Individual Grants are awarded up to the below amounts in financial based assistance:

  • $10,000

    For active SEALs and their families

  • $5,000

    For Retired and Reserve SEALs and their families

  • $2,500

    For Former SEALs and their families

Applying For A Grant

How the process works:

Once your application is received, the SEAL Legacy Foundation Grant Committee will determine if you meet the above guidelines. Applications will be processed as they come in, and decisions made upon review. If your application is accepted we will contact you to arrange fulfillment. If we cannot meet your request, you will receive a letter explaining the decision.

Thank you notes:

We request that you send a note of thanks explaining how your grant was utilized. These notes help us thank and educate donors and potential donors on know how beneficial these funds are to SEALs and their families. We will black out and keep all names anonymous in your note to protect your privacy.
